Venue & Weather

Nestled in the heart of Queenstown and surrounded by majestic snow covered mountains lies Chantecler, a 40 acre property that includes 12 acres of gardens.

This beautiful garden is home to Ainsley's grandparents and we are so happy to be able to celebrate our day somewhere so special.

While we are keeping our fingers crossed for sunshine, the wind can come up at times, and temperatures tend to drop in the evening.

Transport

We are looking into transport options for guests who would like a lift to and from the venue. Please check back here for more details soon.

We kindly ask that no one brings their car to the wedding. However, we are going to organise a carpark area for the day after function so please check back here for updated details soon.

Dress code

Our black tie code is open.

Men may show up in a Suit, Dinner Suit or that Tuxedo that has been waiting for another night out.

For women, please wear elegant Day or Cocktail attire. We recommend bringing your jacket for the evening as it can get a bit chilly. After canapes there will be a walk through the gardens to the reception area so we don’t recommend thin stiletto heels!

A little note

While we love the little ones in our life, we hope you understand our decision to make our wedding a child-free event.

We hope you take this opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

However, you are more than welcome to bring the kids along to the day after!
